• Your name and phone number
• Your email address, if you give it
• Your delivery address, for delivery orders
• What you ordered, when, and any notes you add
• Basic technical records, such as your IP address and browser, kept by our hosting provider to run the site and stop misuse

• To take, make and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. We need this to carry out your order.
• To keep business and tax records, which the law requires.
• To keep the website secure and stop fake or abusive orders, which is in our legitimate interests.

We don't use your details for marketing, and we never sell them.

We share your details only with the companies that help us run the website and your order:

• Vercel, which hosts the website
• Neon, which stores orders in our database
• Resend, which sends order emails
• Google, whose email service receives copies of our order problem alerts
• Stripe, which processes card payments if you pay by card
• Our website developer, who maintains the site

Some of these companies process information outside the UK, including in the United States. When they do, the safeguards that UK data protection law requires are in place.

We keep order records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our tax obligations, and for no longer than 6 years.

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Your basket and checkout details are saved in your browser only while the tab is open, so they aren't lost if you refresh the page. Staff who sign in to manage orders get a login cookie.
