Ordering terms

Er Romano is run by ER ROMANO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17319777). Our registered office and shop is at 3 St John's, Warwick, CV34 4NE.

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the food in your basket at the prices shown. We accept your order when we show you the confirmation page with your order number. If we can't make something you ordered, we'll call you on the number you gave us.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The delivery charge and the minimum spend for delivery are shown before you place your order.

You pay when you collect your order, or you pay the driver when it is delivered, unless checkout asks you to pay by card when you order.

Collection and delivery times are our best estimate, and they can change when we're busy. We deliver to the areas shown at checkout.

If an order isn't collected, or nobody is in to receive a delivery, we can't keep the food or make it again.

Every order is made fresh as soon as it comes in, so once we've started making it you can't cancel it. If you need to change something, call us straight away and we'll do what we can.

The usual 14-day right to cancel online purchases does not apply to food that is made to order and goes off quickly.

If anything is missing, wrong or not up to standard, please call us as soon as you can on 01926 699 369. We'll put it right by replacing it or refunding you for it. If you paid by card, the refund goes back to the same card.

This does not affect your legal rights.

Allergy information for every dish is available from us. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please call us on 01926 699 369 before you order.

Our food is made in a kitchen that uses common allergens such as wheat and milk, so we can't guarantee that any dish is free from them.
